With our new site we hope to keep you better informed on all the facilities, news and events here at Leisureland.
Using the latest website technology, known as 'Responsive Design', this website is optimised to display perfectly no matter what device you view it on (PC, Tablet or Smart Phone).
The site was designed and developed in Galway by the DesignTribe.ie.

Jul 11, 2017All Ability Inclusive Beach Accessible Wheelchair program has been established by Ability West to provide Service Users with disabilities in assistance for easier access to the sand and water at the Beach.
Wheelchairs are available from Leisureland but must be booked in advance.
Bookings can be made to Amanda Hayes, Administration/Physiotherapy/Occupational Therapy Department, Ability West, Blackrock House, Salthill, Galway.

The Board of Leisureland has commissioned a review of the current operation of the Leisureland facilities together with options for the development/use of the adjacent site.
To assist in the review and to obtain the views of the public, an open consultation afternoon/evening session is being held in the Inishmore Suite of the Galway Bay Hotel from 4pm - 7pm on Thursday 6th October 16.
Members of the public are invited to meet with the consultants at this time.
An online survey will also be available from Thurs 6th October 16 to enable the public to express their views. This may be accessed via a link on the homepage of the Galway City Council website - Galwaycity.ie and the Leisureland website Leisureland.ie.

Leisureland set to reopen after refurbishment
Leisureland’s facilities, which were badly damaged by flooding are set to reopen on 13th December. The public facility has received a major refurbishment to the gym and pool areas.
